Day Hospice Winter Hiatus....

Re-opening Monday March 6th 2012

In response to the cold winter weather and our clients' current needs, Day Hospice is taking a brief winter hiatus.  The intervening time will be used to further develop the program and do some promotional work in our community.

Happy 2012!and Thank You!

"The Board of Directors, staff, volunteers and clients of Dignity House Hospice wish to thank everyone – individuals, groups, businesses, service clubs, those who held fund-raisers on our behalf  and all others – who donated to Dignity House Hospice in 2011. Almost $80,000 was raised through your generosity and caring. Your support allows us to continue operating our Day Hospice through 2012 and to lay the foundation for our Residential Hospice building fund."

Day Hospice

...we just might be what the doctor ordered!!!

If you, or someone you know, is living with a terminal illness, the Dignity House Day Hospice might be just what the doctor ordered!

Day Hospice provides our clients with a home-like setting where they can go for a day of relaxation, support and companionship. We focus on promoting optimal quality-of-life and explore what that means to each individual attending Day Hospice.

At the same time we provide our clients' families and caregivers with a day of respite to recharge their energy and catch up on errands or rest knowing their loved ones are in a safe, caring environment.

If you think we can enhance your quality-of-life, or that of someone you know, please call Alanna at 613 430-4211.
